Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Influence OS at os.influencepr.in. The contract is with Influence, a proprietorship. NAVI, ECHO, FLUENT, AURA, IVY, and LUMA are feature names, not staff and not parties to the contract.

Who can use it The service is for business use by founders, brands, and agencies in India and abroad. You must give accurate registration details. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the Brand Memory you upload.

Plans and fees 1 Account is ₹2,999 per month plus 18% GST, charged as ₹3,539. 3 Accounts is ₹7,999 per month plus 18% GST, charged as ₹9,439. Unlimited Accounts is ₹12,999 per month plus 18% GST, charged as ₹15,339. Annual prepay is ten times the monthly list price, then 18% GST. Cashfree charges that GST-inclusive total. Do not expect a second GST line from the payment processor. Influence raises the tax invoice. A new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial of the plan you chose. After that, each period is paid in advance through Cashfree: 30 days for a month, or 365 days if you pay for 12 months at once. Cashfree does not charge again on its own. Access continues until the date shown in Billing, or until the trial ends. Paying again extends that date. A price change is notified by email to the billing address before it applies to the next payment you choose to make.

Brand, seat, scan, draft, and publish limits follow the plan you buy and are enforced in the product.

What the software does It stores Brand Memory, proposes communications angles, drafts text, and — after a person on your account approves — can post LinkedIn text when you have connected a LinkedIn account. Other channels are exported for you to send. It does not place stories with journalists, rank you against other brands, buy ads, or guarantee a reply, a mention, or coverage.

AI output Drafts can be wrong, stale, or unsuitable. They are not legal, medical, or financial advice. Only proof you have marked verified and usable in public should be treated as a source, and a person still checks it before approval.

Human approval A person on the customer account must approve the current draft before a live publish. Exporting a draft and posting it yourself is your decision. Influence OS will not post without that approval.

Your content You keep the rights in what you upload. You license Influence to host and process it to run the product, including sending an approved LinkedIn post through the account you connect. Brand Memory and drafts are not used to train public models. There is no opt-in switch that turns training on.

Acceptable use Do not use the product for unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or spam communications. Do not abuse LinkedIn or any other platform. Do not upload personal data you are not allowed to process.

Other platforms LinkedIn and newsrooms are independent of Influence. Their terms still apply. A restriction, rejection, or ban on a connected account is your risk.

Liability To the extent Indian law allows, Influence's aggregate liability arising out of the service in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. Influence is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost coverage, or a journalist's decision. You are responsible for content you approve and for what you send yourself.

Suspension and end of service Non-payment or a material breach can suspend the workspace. After termination you may export Brand Memory and drafts for 30 days, after which Influence may delete customer content from the production database, subject to backups kept for up to 30 further days.

Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the proprietorship's principal place of business have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes Material changes are notified in the product or by email to the billing address. Continued use after the notice period is acceptance of the updated terms.
