Refund policy
This is the refund policy for Influence OS, billed by Influence, a proprietorship. Checkout asks you to acknowledge it before payment.

| Annual plan, cancel within 7 days, and usage is limited to setup | Full refund of the amount charged, minus any non-recoverable payment-gateway fee |
| Monthly payment | No prorated refund. Access continues until the paid date. Nothing renews unless you pay again |
| Annual plan after 7 days | No refund. Access continues until the period ends |
| Service outage | A service credit for the affected days, at Influence's discretion, unless the law requires cash |
| Chargeback | The workspace may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed |
| Duplicate charge or a billing error | The erroneous amount is refunded or credited |
Access ends on the date shown in Settings → Billing unless you pay for another period. Refunds, when due, are sent to the original payment method through Cashfree. GST invoices already issued are adjusted with a credit note where the law requires it.
Nothing in this policy promises press coverage, a minimum number of mentions, or a journalist reply. Those are not part of the subscription.
