Connected accounts addendum

This addendum covers LinkedIn accounts you connect to Influence OS. It is part of the Terms of Service.

What you authorize Connecting LinkedIn lets Influence OS post text that a person on your workspace has approved. The product requests the OpenID profile scope and permission to post as the member (w_member_social). It does not read your inbox, run ads, or post without that approval.

Tokens The access token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. It is used only to publish an approved post or to refresh the connection. An owner or admin can disconnect at any time from Settings → Connections, which deletes the stored token.

Your right to connect You, and an agency acting for a client, must have the right to connect the account. Platform terms still apply. A restriction or ban by LinkedIn is your risk, not a failure of the subscription.

When publishing stops If the token expires, is revoked, or the LinkedIn app is not approved for your organization, approved drafts stay in the product as ready to send. Influence OS will not invent a post to fill the gap. API access can change without notice from LinkedIn.

End of the connection On disconnect, or within 30 days after the workspace ends, stored tokens are deleted from the production database.
